what’s up my tropical chicas?? It is most definitely summer here in Miami… I can’t step outside of my house without dripping in sweat within five minutes. But that just means more flowy, bohemian and light clothing! That’s why this second collaboration I got to do with Free People was perfect! Read on to check out 3 tropical outfits and listen to Light Outside by Absofacto.

This first look is pretty much a camouflaged look for the setting I’m in! It’s a tropical halter top with a really cool back, some white linen pants and these AMAZING pink aviators. This is a perfect outfit for any summer day out, especially if you’re going to be somewhere nice but HOT.

This look is all about the kimono. I used to wear kimonos all the time and definitely think that it’s a trend that’s gotten better and better! This one is a cocoon kimono and it’s so light and soft! It went great with this plain white t-shirt dress and is definitely another perfect everyday look.

Finally, this casual look is perfect for the beach! I switched up the glasses for a yellow instead of pink shade but seriously can’t get enough. The real winning piece of this outfit are the Levis shorts with palm trees on each leg.

I hope you guys loved these outfits! I’ll definitely be having way more summer looks for you guys super soon ❤

stay on point,

Welcome boob troop! Welcome to the journey that is the hip nip. I’m currently a college student pursuing Digital Media Studies in sometimes-sunny-sometimes-hurricaney Florida! I’m passionate about my major but I’m also adrenalized when I’m talking about fashion and lifestyle trends. I always find myself scrolling through fashion blogs and lookbooks of my favorite companies and realize that hours have passed and I have to start studying for my midterm that’s only 10 hours away. I hope some of you will be inspired by this blog or at least find it entertaining! If anyone wants to reach out and give me suggestions or collaborate, please feel free to contact me through the contact page or through any social media link that you can find on my blog. 🙂 Stay on point, the hip nip
