hey all you party people! it’s been awhile since i’ve posted a good ol’ classic outfit post, so here ya go. I was able to style this outfit at Nomad Tribe, a really great boutique in Wynwood. So read on and find out more about the boutique, my outfit, and how to buy it online! Listen to Roses by The Chainsmokers because I went to their concert on Friday and now it’s stuck in my head 😉

First things first, from their website, “Nomad Tribe is an ethical fashion marketplace for all brands that are about creating a positive social impact while making beautiful fashion statements. We like to support entrepreneurs that like ourselves use the tools of business and the art form of fashion to tackle some of the world’s biggest challenges like, poverty, disabilities, access to education and environmental problems.”

So as you can see, Nomad Tribe isn’t just a home to really unique, “gotta have it” items, but it also is what I like to call Fashion for a Cause.

The pieces that I styled from Nomad Tribe are the oversized sweater, the acid wash style tank top, and these kickass sneakers! If you want any of these items or any other items from Nomad Tribe, use my discount code YasSur and get 10% off at checkout!

This outfit was shot on a Sunday and I usually hate getting too dressed up and fussy on Sundays because they’re meant for being lazy and eating flaming hot cheetos in your PJs. So I chose this oversized sweater because it is one of the softest hoodies I have ever laid my nimble hands on. I’m also a sucker for these sort of winged, baggy sleeves because I think they make me look more blasé and badass than I actually am. What’s unique about this sweater is that there’s an ethnic print inside the hoodie and a strip on the bottom near the zipper.

Next, this tank top was perfect for my sweater to bring some color into my damn life but stay comfy at the same time. (You can find this tank in store, but similar online here.)

Finally, the BEAUTIFUL, COMFY sneakers that I’m so obsessed with. These are one of the new arrivals that you can find in store but similar online here. These sneakers are a cool, quilted-ish material and pattern that went well with the pattern on the hoodie. These shoes are the kind that you can slip on when you’re in a rush in the morning and have on all day feeling like you’re walking on clouds. They’re so light and comfy!

I styled all of these amazing pieces with slightly ripped white jeans, a vintage neck wrap, a two-buckle belt and my favorite suede baseball cap. You guys know me, I love accessorizing and making things funky! If you’re going out on your lazy Sunday, might as well dress up your comfy look as much as you can!

I hope you guys are inspired to check out Nomad Tribe, their cause, and all of the amazing things they sell! They are located in Wynwood, Miami, FL at 2301 NW 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33127. They have a lot of dressier clothing as well! Make sure to go online and shop and use my discount code YasSur and get 10% off at checkout!

stay on point,

Welcome boob troop! Welcome to the journey that is the hip nip. I’m currently a college student pursuing Digital Media Studies in sometimes-sunny-sometimes-hurricaney Florida! I’m passionate about my major but I’m also adrenalized when I’m talking about fashion and lifestyle trends. I always find myself scrolling through fashion blogs and lookbooks of my favorite companies and realize that hours have passed and I have to start studying for my midterm that’s only 10 hours away. I hope some of you will be inspired by this blog or at least find it entertaining! If anyone wants to reach out and give me suggestions or collaborate, please feel free to contact me through the contact page or through any social media link that you can find on my blog. 🙂 Stay on point, the hip nip
